New Jazz Echo is a quintet consisting of trumpet, saxophone, piano, bass, and drums. Members have been playing together since 2003, and are experienced musicians with decades of experience. The quintet's members are from Sharon, Norwood, Cambridge and Dorchester Massachusetts.

Like an open-ended conversation between good friends (which we are), live jazz reflects life’s shifting moods and changing colors. Our goal is to create music that lifts our audiences’ spirits and gives more feeling to life. Duke Ellington, Cole Porter, Antonio Jobim, John Coltrane, and Miles Davis are just a few of the artists whose material we perform and who inspire us towards this goal.
